Warwick Park House Limited is an approved provider of Nursing care services. We are a growing business concentrating on providing quality care and making our priority out service users.

We currently provide domiciliary care to a range of people including:

  • Older people
  • People living with dementia
  • People living with physical disabilities
  • People with sensory impairment
  • Adults with learning difficulties
  • People living with a mental illness

We are able to provide flexible care and support which is specifically tailored to meet the needs of our service users. Our Home can include personal care, which maybe anything from basic reassurance and wellbeing support to complex nursing care.

Our service include hotel style domestic support, tidying your home, spring cleaning your room, preparing washing and laundry, ironing services. Practical assistance with mobility and personal care and provision of food and drink preparation from our kitchen with 24 hour companionship and reassurance of a nurse and carers available to support complex and specialist care needs. You may need a break or a holiday from supporting a loved one or require long term planned care. We are here to support where we are needed. Warwick Park House Limited are independent and therefore able to choose how and who they assist, which means we can tailor our care to your choices and requirements. This places you in control.

Next Steps

Once you have decided the care you would like or that you would like to discuss care options. Call us. One of our Nurses or care staff will visit you in your own home or hospital, or you or your representative can visit us at the home. There is no charge for this service. We would need to ask questions relating to your care and how you would like it delivered. This will aid us to know that we can achieve your needs. We do not want to let you down.

Discussion would need to take place around your mobility and the preferences you have. Our representative would need to ensure your safety and the safety of the carers is risk assessed this is required by law. This would involve a few questions and should not cause you any concern. All care is regulated by The Care Quality Commission and this process is a part of the expectation from them to ensure care is safe and planned with best interests in mind. There is no cause for concern we will not make a drama.
