Warwick Park house Limited has comprehensive policies and procedures in place to guide its staff, protect service users and ensure that we deliver the best possible care.
We realise that our care staff will be the most important people involved in your daily care. For this reason, we operate a robust recruitment process, including the required checks with the Disclosure and Barring Service and Independent Safeguarding Authority list. We are a learning organisation and encourage learning from experience and grasping opportunity for training and development of skills from in-house training to Partnership training with local authority and PCT providers.
Our staff have a wide range of qualifications, some already hold the NVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care and some are studying towards this qualification or Qualification Credit frameworks. We acknowledge society care expectations and provision are a changing environment and landscape and therefore the need for knowledge updates and education are vital for past and future achievements and results.
You can expect to deal with a fully trained team that is dedicated to bettering the quality of life for all residents in our care.
For carers that wish to learn in-house opportunities are available for knowledge and skill updates. - Infection Control
- Medication Administration
- Adult Safeguarding
- Dementia care
- End of Life Care
In addition to this, our staff undertake training in specialist areas to ensure that they have the knowledge to care for the individual needs of the service users.
